MEET THE FOUNDERS
Erin Ellis and Sarah Gaitens have decades of collective experience in the field of educational therapy. Both hold Master’s Degrees in Education/Special Education and have been formally trained in the leading educational therapy methodologies and programs. With their combined expertise, Erin and Sarah manage each student’s unique learning journey through rigorous learning specialist training, extensive analysis and employment of data, individualized lesson design, and ongoing case management.

Sarah Gaitens
MEd, BCET, TSD
Sarah Gaitens holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus in Learning, Cognition, and Development from Rutgers University and a BA in Psychology and Education from McDaniel College. She is currently the only practicing nationally Board Certified Educational Therapist (BCET) in the state of New Jersey, and she is a certified Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TSD).

Erin Ellis holds a Master’s of Science in Special Education from Purdue University and a BA in Art History from Williams College. She is also a Certified Dyslexia, Attention Disorders, and Learning Attribute Inefficiencies Specialist and holds a Certification in Early Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

MEET OUR TEAM
Our team consists of many dynamic, experienced, and passionate learning specialists. Most of our learning specialists have or are working toward a Master’s Degree in the fields of education, speech pathology, or child psychology. Each has been rigorously trained in the ETCP's proprietary programs, methods, and approaches. Every instructor brings a unique perspective to our practice, and all are engaging, warm, and energetic. In addition, each specialist is dedicated to forging meaningful relationships with our students. Several of our learning specialists also hold leadership positions within our organization.
