MEET THE FOUNDERS
Erin Ellis and Sarah Gaitens have over 40 years of collective experience in the field of Educational Therapy. Both hold Master’s Degrees in Education/Special Education and have been formally trained in the leading educational therapy methodologies and programs. With their combined expertise, Erin and Sarah manage each student’s unique learning journey through rigorous learning specialist training, extensive analysis and employment of data, individualized lesson design, and ongoing case management.

LEARNING SPECIALISTS
Our team consists of many dynamic, experienced, and passionate learning specialists. Most of our learning specialists have or are working toward a Master’s Degree in the fields of education, speech pathology, or child psychology. Each has been rigorously trained in the ETCP's proprietary programs, methods, and approaches. Every instructor brings a unique perspective to our practice, and all are engaging, warm, and energetic. All are dedicated to forging meaningful relationships with our students. Several of our learning specialists also hold leadership positions within our organization.
